Seven Drugs Found In Daniel Smith's System.... Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel had at least seven drugs in his system when he died on 10 September (06), according to toxicology reports.

Daniel was found dead in his mother's hospital room in the Bahamas, three days after she had given birth to new daughter Dannielynn Hope.

Dr Cyril Wecht, a private pathologist hired by the Smith family, confirms to US publication People that the antidepressant Amitriptyline, as well as two over-the-counter cold medicines, were found in Daniel's body, along with methadone and the antidepressants Lexapro and Zoloft.

Sources also tell the magazine a mild over-the-counter sedative was found in the 20-year-old's system.

Wecht insists the other medications played no role in Daniel's death and reiterates his assertion Daniel was killed by a combination of Lexapro, Zoloft and methadone only.

He said of the other medications, "The levels are insignificant and they don't mean a thing. They're of no consequence".
Anna Nicole Back In Hospital With Lung Problems
Meanwhile in other news Anna Nicole-Smith has been hospitalised in the Bahamas as medics attempt to drain fluid from her lungs.

The former model was admitted to hospital on Tuesday (31Oct06) after experiencing pain in her chest.

Her partner and lawyer Howard K Stern tells US new show Entertainment Tonight, "Anna Nicole was experiencing severe pain in her right chest and back.

"A Ct scan at the hospital revealed that she has pneumonia, with a significant amount of fluid in the area surrounding the lower lobe of her right lung, which caused her lung to partially collapse.

"A procedure was performed on Tuesday to drain the fluid and open up her lung, and antibiotics are currently being administered.

"We are hoping for a quick recovery, but, as of now, Anna Nicole is still experiencing a significant amount of discomfort".

Smith conducted an exclusive interview with the news show, in which she discussed the birth of her new baby Dannielynn and the tragic death of her 20-year-old son Daniel, over the weekend (28-29Oct06).
